Uncle Tetsu is a bakery concept specializing in Japanese-style cheesecakes and other sweet treats. The project focuses on bringing the unique and delicious flavors of Japanese baking to a wider audience, with a focus on high-quality ingredients and traditional techniques. We are designing all stores across Canada.
